My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good. The rooms were never as bad; they were super clean, but not as big as expected, so I knew I wasn't overlooking anything. However, there was a noticeable smell like there was some water leak somewhere. The service was wonderful, especially Jose at the front desk who was incredibly kind and helpful. On the positive side, it is within 2 miles of Universal and near plenty of restaurants. The dining experience wasn't the best, but there were make-your-own Mickey Mouse waffles available. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
